A teacher and a student were killed in a shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, Police Chief Shon Barnes announced Monday. Six others were injured, with two suffering life-threatening injuries.
The shooter, who also died, was a female student at the school, according to law enforcement and the police chief.
Abundant Life Christian School, a K-12 institution serving approximately 390 students, was set to begin its Christmas vacation after this week, according to its website.
